History of the firm
The Partners Patrick Ochwa, Samuel Ouma, Job Weloba and Augustus Wafula have a combined professional work experience of more than 90 years and are able to meet and provide solutions to a wide range of legal issues and challenges throughout the Eastern Africa Region and beyond.
The Firm is a one stop shop for all legal services from Maritime, Aviation Laws, Company, Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Insurance, Banking, Commercial Law practices; Conveyancing, Realization of Security, International Trade, Intellectual Property, Trade Marks, Mergers and Acquisitions; Mining, Environmental Labour and Collective Bargaining; Family, Succession and Probate, Children Laws; Negligence and Nuisance.
The Firm has a dedicated professional support staff of Five (5) Associates and Twenty (20) paralegals in Mombasa and Three (3) Associates and Eight (8) paralegals in Nairobi office engaged on permanent basis with a pool of carefully recruited legal assistants, interns and paralegal staff for backroom support and research.
