Background:
The Firm is the product of a merger of four partnerships - Wanyonyi & Company Advocates, Tutui & Company Advocates, Ogola & Ochwa Advocates and Ouma Weloba & Company Advocates which have existed on their own for a period ranging between eight to twenty years.

The Partners Pamela Tutui, Wanyonyi Chebukati, Eric Ogola, Patrick Ochwa, Samuel Ouma and Job Weloba - have a combined professional work experience of more than 10 years and are able to meet and provide solutions to a wide range of legal issues and challenges throughout the Eastern Africa Region and beyond.

The merger was a well thought out process bringing together a pool of legal knowledge and experience enabling partners to determine areas of specialization and expertise and making the Firm a one stop shop for all legal services from Maritime to Shipping, Company to Aviation laws; Arbitration, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Insurance to Banking and Commercial Law practices; Conveyancing, Realization of Security, International Trade, Intellectual Property, Trade Marks, to Mergers and Acquisitions; Mining, Environmental to Labour and Collective Bargaining; Family Succession and Probate to Children Laws; Negligence to Nuisance. The Firm has a dedicated professional support staff of ten (10) engaged on permanent basis.
